Nan is the Founder and Managing Partner of The AAT Project. She has over 30 years of experience as a seasoned entrepreneur, veteran TV producer and talent manager. She has enjoyed success in numerous ventures, including managing the careers of professional athletes, actors, writers, and directors, as well as producing TV. Nan started her career in sports management and then transitioned to the entertainment world. A few of her discoveries were Melissa McCarthy, Leighton Meester, Tobey Maguire, Tom Shadyac and Paul Walker. Along the way, she has sold many of her original ideas to networks and studios, as well as produced everything from TV series to movies. Her deep contacts in TV, publishing, media and the finance world provide numerous opportunities to bring awareness and commercialization to brilliant ideas.The Ambassadors of The AAT Project benefit greatly from these cultivated relationships of Nan’s and Gary’s receiving book deals, TV series deals, keynote talks all over the world, or just appearances on different shows like The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Harry, and the Today Show just to name a few. Producing TV still remains a part of Nan’s life, as she is in development with ITV on “Rescue My Invention”, a TV show geared toward finding and assisting the next generation of innovators and inventors whose technologies will conquer the world.

Throughout her life, Nan’s passion has always been about helping people, dedicating much of her time raising millions of dollars for charity. Through her passion for helping others The AAT Project was born: an idea conceived through her perception that the answers to some of the world’s most pressing issues lie in the minds of today’s youth, so let’s provide them with the help they need to succeed.

As the visionary of The AAT Project. Nan leads the project’s effort to accelerate new growth, develop new businesses, markets, and service models in order to drive brand value, and engage partners to enhance the company’s inventive culture. Her responsibilities include managing the creative direction of the company, as well as managing ambassadors, by providing them with mentorship, commercialization, and media exposure.








Gary A. Randall


An advisor of The AAT Project


Gary A. Randall is a proud partner of the AAT Project. Gary is a 40-year veteran of the entertainment industry. He is a founding partner of Boardwalk Entertainment Group, a multi-faceted production and media company encompassing film, TV, music, and technology. Gary is a veteran producer, director and studio executive. Throughout his impressive career Gary was an integral creative executive at Warner Bros and Norman Lear’s Embassy Television. He then became the President of Orion Television and Spelling Television, going on to found Grand Productions and Management as well as Boardwalk Entertainment Co. He developed popular series like Cagney & Lacey, Kratt’s Creatures, 90210, and Melrose Place, and executive-produced TV shows such as Saving Grace, The Glades, Majors & Minors, and many more. He is currently Executive Producing Out-Daughtered for TLC, and is in development on Spinning Gold, a feature at Columbia Pictures. Gary is a member of the Writers Guild of America, the Directors Guild of America, the Producer’s Guild of America, the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, and the Hollywood Radio and Television Society.

When Gary first heard about The AAT Project, he became inspired by the brilliant kids involved in STEM and STEAM, as well as by their incredible innovations and their advancements in entrepreneurship and humanitarianism. He immediately knew that he wanted to become a part of the project. Given his passion for technology and his experience as a serial entrepreneur, Gary is an invaluable member of the AAT team. As Nan’s partner, he helps lead the company, opening many doors for the ambassadors as well as for The AAT Project as a whole. Gary is using his four decades of relationships in the TV industry to develop TV shows around the AAT kids such as Rescue My Invention with ITV and The University Challenge in discussions with Facebook.

He is also a driving force in AAT’s efforts toward commercializing and developing products, brands, and innovations.








Larry Martin


An advisor of The AAT Project


Larry Martin is a partner of the AAT Project. As a successful CEO, Founder, Managing Partner, registered patent and trademark Attorney, General Counsel and Entrepreneur for almost four decades, Larry’s contributions to The AAT Project is nothing short of incredible. He brings his expertise in Legal Guidance, Brand Building, Global Strategies, Patent and Trademark Law, ability to identify Unique Channels of Distribution which will result in exponential growth of the business, Non Profit Startups, Pricing & Contract Negotiations, and Medical Regulatory Matters to name a few.

Larry has experienced great success as the CEO and Board of Directors’ member at Field & Stream, and facilitated the growth of the company from $20 million to over $400 million in only five years.

As General Counsel, Larry was responsible for building the financial structure from conception to implementation of a successful private placement. He established lines of credit for capital assets and operating funds, to the eventual sale of the company.

His skill set in understanding and presenting highly technical information for marketing and business development is off the charts. He is an incredibly strong relationship builder using excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in gaining access to and closing deals with executives, business owners, and initially resistant prospects. Larry is adept at leading teams to superior performance while personally exceeding ambitious revenue and productivity goals. He is proficient in creating efficient marketing strategies.

Larry’s ability to leverage his extensive understanding of Trademarking and Branding helps him to identify the best buyers or licensees for the product. His out-of-the-box thinking enables him to consistently accomplish his ambitious goals.

Joseph Clark



Joe is the managing partner in J&B associates, LLC, and owner of JOSS Enterprises, LLC, consulting firms dealing with Global Sourcing and Project Management. He is also a staff consultant in Stress Engineering. During his 18 years in Playtex, he has been the Director of Global Sourcing, the Director of Purchasing and New Product Development and the International Purchasing Manager.

He has spent 40 years in the Infant Care Product Industry. He brings his expertise in contract negotiations, pricing structure, tooling and resolution of quality issues. In addition to being responsible for the on time commercialization of new products from the conception state in marketing/R&D; through design reviews, selection of in house or out sourced manufacturing to an in stock ready to ship position. Joe’s incredible team building skills allow him to coordinate new product development efforts between R&D, Quality, Fiancee, Operations and Marketing with ease.

Some of Joe’s responsibility on the project will be:

  • Provide technical guidance on all the original designs
  • Provide technical guidance on the manufacturing of the products and/or any components
  • Provide manufacturing contacts and resources
  • Obtain pricing on products and/or components
  • Obtain lead time on products and/or components
  • Manage the prototype process
  • Obtain operations support on logistics for first shipment of products to licensee
  • Schedule, attend and lead the discussions for all meeting with licensee







  • Richard Chomik


    Rick is a mechanical engineer with an expertise in infant care product development. He was brought in to The AAT Project to oversee the BB&Mo product line. Rick currently is a Senior Staff Consultant and Lifestyle Practice Leader at Stress Engineering Services.

    Rick has 25 years of product development experience and 9 years at Playtex in charge of infant care R&D. He is the owner of numerous patents, with a concentration in the baby world, 18 patents pertain to baby bottles and sippy cups.

    Some of Rick’s responsibility on the project will be:

  • Provide technical guidance on all the original designs
  • Provide technical guidance on the manufacturing of the products and/or any components
  • Provide manufacturing contacts and resources
  • Obtain pricing on products and/or components
  • Obtain lead time on products and/or components
